How do I create an account?
Choose Join Birdfeet, enter an email address, a password of at least eight characters and a display name. You then pick a handle and can add a short bio.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign in page. We email a six digit code so you can set a new one. Codes expire quickly, so request a fresh one if needed.
Why does it say my email already exists?
That email already has an account. Sign in instead, or reset the password if you cannot remember it.
Can I change the email on my account?
Not yet. Email changes are handled by hand, so use the contact page and explain what you need.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile, choose Edit profile and use Delete my account. Your posts, replies, likes and follows are removed. Delete any groups you own first.
