Birdfeet vs X
X is built for reach: short posts, fast reactions, huge audiences. Birdfeet keeps the short posts but drops the scoreboard, so posting does not feel like competing.

Where Birdfeet wins
- No ranking. You see everything from the people you follow, in order, without a model guessing.
- No paid badge, so nothing looks more credible because someone paid for it.
- Replies stay attached to the post. There is no quote-post pile-on mechanic.
Where X wins
- Real time reach. News and public figures show up there first.
- Video, live audio and longer formats for people who need them.
- Discovery of strangers at a scale Birdfeet will never have.
